One end is 1/4" female thread, and the other end is 3/8" female thread. Converts the 1/4" to 3/8" screw adapter for common tripod. Female thread (inside): 1/4" & 3/8". Can be used in 1/4" or 3/8" tripod head quick release plate, support for multiple holders.
