This is a vintage preowned movement. It is in preowned condition. It comes as shown. It is being sold as untested. It is being sold as though it needs a service. It is being sold as is. For parts or repair. Please review all photos as they are part of the description. The dial has dust and debris throughout. I don’t see any cracks. The text and hour markers look bold and clean. The second dial is discolored. Its hand is rusted. The hour hand is squished and bent. Balance does not move at all. It seems like it has a staff issue.
