Mica Plate is mica paper with silicone resin by gluing temperature and pressed. The sheets are large enough to fit over any size microwave chamber. - Installation is simple, you out the old microwave sheet, get a pencil and trace the old shape onto the sheet, then along that shape, and the in microwave mica plates.
