This is a vintage preowned movement. It is in preowned condition. It comes as shown. It does not run. It is being sold as though it needs a service. It is being sold as is. For parts or repair. Please review all photos as they are part of the description. I don’t see any scratches on the dial but I see a bunch of debris and what appears to be lume specks throughout. Quite a few lume patches have burnt out and shed on the dial. You can see that in the photos. The dial and hands do look good to the naked eye. Balance swings freely as does the oscillating weight. No stem functions have been tested.
