 Replacement foam only. 
 This will make your bumper bar as good as new. 
 Bit of wiggling an pulling to get foam on but takes 5 mins, rip old foam off. 
 Apply some washing up liquid inside new foams an they wiggle on, once on they will stretch into place. 
 I have been selling foams for prams for years any question please ask. 
 Cheaper option rather than purchasing a whole new bumper bar.
