The frame folds and unfolds as it should and locks into place. There are some scratches and signs of wear as you would expect but otherwise in good used condition. This is not new and does show signs of wear. Mechanically it works perfect. The handle bar can be adjusted. The leather on the handlebar is perfect. There is also a wrist strap.
