This is not a new item and will show minor scuffs and marks from previous use, it does have a scratch on the back (see photos ) apart from some scuffs and a few scratches it has no cracks or fractures. This Will need some self adhesive Velcro tape added to it, the positions for these are easily seen by the remnants of the old adhesive left on it.
