Please inspect photos carefully and make your own judgment. Removed from a fully working Rascal 600B three-wheel mobility scooter that has been split for parts. The seat post mounting base is available in a separate listing. I have the swivel seat base available too, soon to be listed here, but as you know it is quite hefty and will need to work out postage.
