The dial has dust and debris throughout. The marks on the dial seem to be stains. They don’t come off as actual scratches. If they are they are very service level. The text looks bold and crisp as do the lines, and minute track. The date window has some wear and oxidation. Prongs on the hour markers look good. Note: the dial comes with the holder.
